Services

101 HTX operates as a home-services brokerage. Our services may include intake, gathering project information, coordinating quotes and scope, and helping with scheduling or a handoff to an independent trade partner.

101 HTX does not itself perform every trade or represent that every project will be completed by 101 HTX employees. The trade partner responsible for a project is identified as the relationship develops.

Customer-submitted information

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are permitted to share. The details and photos you submit help 101 HTX and potential trade partners understand the starting point for a project.

Estimates and walkthroughs

Any estimate or range shared before an on-site walkthrough is preliminary. It is not a final quote. A final quote or confirmed scope is provided only after the relevant walkthrough and review of the project by the trade partner involved.

Scheduling and handoffs

Scheduling information is coordinated around availability and the needs of the project. A handoff does not guarantee a particular start date, scope, price, or outcome; those details are confirmed as the project moves forward with the trade partner.

Separate arrangements with trade partners

Any agreement to perform home-services work, including the final scope, price, payment terms, timing, and other project details, is made separately with the trade partner. 101 HTX helps coordinate the connection and information flow, but does not replace that separate arrangement.
